My mission is to inspire individuals to cultivate physical, mental, and emotional well-being through the practice of yoga, pilates and dance. I aim to create a supportive and welcoming community where individuals can explore and deepen their journey, connect with like-minded individuals, and ultimately, create a peaceful and healthy life for themselves.
Kristal Brandy is a dedicated E-RYT and YACEP with 10 years of experience teaching both group and private classes. With a background of 20 years as a dance instructor and studio owner, Kristal brings a unique perspective to her yoga classes. Her teaching style incorporates artistic elements, seamless transitions, breathwork, and a strong emphasis on alignment.
Kristal's classes have become synonymous with the vibrant energy she exudes. As an instructor, she knows how to create an environment that motivates and inspires her students to push their limits and discover new possibilities. Her high-energy flows, pilates and barre classes are designed
to challenge practitioners physically, encouraging them to tap into their inner strength and embrace their bodies' potential.
In contrast, Kristal also offers slower, more mindful yoga classes that prioritize slow introspection and inner peace. These sessions allow her students to reconnect with their breath and encourage calm and relaxation. Through guided meditation and intentional movements, Kristal helps her students unlock the power of mindfulness while cultivating a deeper mind-body connection.
